API connection speed

Hi everyone,
i’m trying to get the connection speed in real time, but i only found 1 way to do it, it’s the speedtest, but it’s not a good solution because it slow the connection for others devices and it’s currently down i cant start any speedtest.
do you have another way to get the connection speed?

You could try using iperf3 package for speed testing between devices.
