I am considering whether the following is possible with the RUTX12 (with two modems):
The traffic of the device on LAN2 runs via wwan0 (modem 1)
The traffic of the device on LAN3 runs via wwan1 (modem2)
Is this possible? And what would be the right approach?
I already found this: RUTX09 policy base routing for dual WAN - Crowd Support Forum | Teltonika Networks
BUT: I do not know the wwan gateway IP since it changes.
Thanks for help
Hi maximuss ,
We have the exact article for your requirement. LAN Traffic Splitting Using Advanced Static Routing Rules - Teltonika Networks Wiki
Without configuring the wwan gateway IP, LAN traffic can still be assigned to a certain modem. Instead of specify a certain subnet, you can just configure the incoming interface.
Let me know if this helps.
Regards,
system
