I have configured alert as below, now issue is we are getting alert every day whilst device is still online.
Thank you for your response. When I configure this alert, it continuously sends repeated email notifications once a device goes offline.
Could we have a solution where the system sends only one notification when a device is first detected as offline, and then suppresses further alerts until the device comes back online? Once the device is online again, the system can reset the alert state for any future events.
This would help reduce unnecessary alert noise and make notifications more actionable.

Hello,
The previous rule you’ve had set up was supposed to be the one that sends once status message per action. I believe the “Cooldown” option could be messing with it somehow (although it shouldn’t) as I’ve tested the rule and it works just fine on my end.
