Again vpn problem using bitdefender after update 07.14.3

Hello Team, I use only sim mobile with my RUTX11 and after update to last firmware 07.14.3 I cannot use bitdefender vpn as usually.
I try to change wan connection IPv4/IPVP6 or only IPV4 again and again but nothing changing. Router block ports when I try to use anyone vpn of Bitdefender and I cannot navigate in banking or else.
I need your help as soon as possible.

  2. If possible, could you provide a simple network topology or a description of how your devices are connected and where the VPN fits in?
  3. If you’re connecting your RUTX11 as a VPN client, could you share any logs available under Services → OpenVPN?
  4. Could you confirm whether everything was working properly with the previous firmware version before updating to 7.14.3?

  3. If you’re connecting your RUTX11 as a VPN client, could you share any logs available under Services → OpenVPN? I DON’T USE SERVICES OF THE ROUTER BECAUSE I DON’T HOW TO CONFIG IT - I USE BITDEFENDER ONLY AS VPN
  4. Could you confirm whether everything was working properly with the previous firmware version before updating to 7.14.3? BEFORE ONLY SOMETIMES, BUT I COULD CHANGE IPV4 ON IPV4/IPV6 AND COME BACK TO IPV4 AND EVERYTHING WAS GOOD - Now I think there IS some problem on ports but I don’t how to solve it
