While editing a file in CLI with the VI cmd to save the :x doesn’t work anymore and I get a “read-only file system” message.
Now I can’t setup an extramodbus file and I can figure out what going wrong.
(I have a RUTX50).
This is a disappointing change. RutOS is becoming more and more inflexible (and less useful as a result).

Apologies for the delayed response.
This change was implemented due to security reasons. Unfortunately, security and convenience do not always go hand in hand, and in this case, security was prioritized—hence the adjustment.
