Adding account to company

We could not find where to change rol of a user in the company. I deleted him but want to add him back but that did not work, can you help me?

Roles can be changed in Administration → Users → Roles & Permissions page in RMS.

If you have deleted a user from your RMS Company and would like to invite them back, their RMS account must first be deleted. To proceed with the deletion, I have sent you a form to the email address you registered with on the community forum. Once you complete it, I will contact you privately, as I will need some sensitive information about the user you wish to delete.

When filling out the form, please use “15408” as the ticket ID.

The user has been completely removed from RMS and successfully re-invited to the company.
