"Action Pending" Error on Teltonika RMS while generating link for remote access

I cannot use any remote access feature on teltonika RMS right now for any router on my account

  1. Remote WebUI
  2. Remote access
  3. etc

Please note screenshot below

It said “Action Pending” on the log.

Am having the same issue, routers still performing correctly, just no remote access.

Same issue. @Teltonika-support-UN - System wide critical issue that prevents all WebUI and CLI device access. An ETA for a fix on this please!?

Same problem here. Devices work fine, but the remote CLI and remote WebUI are not working - it just says “Action Pending…”. Rebooting doesn’t help. I am in South Africa.
