Is there any other people with 7.08.1 firmware issues on the RUTC50 router,wont update,say downloading then doesnt validate?

As mentioned by @hrtx you can download the firmware for your device on our wiki page and upload it manually.

Ive tried to update to the latest firmware 7.08.2 on the RUTC50 and still doesnt update from FOTA correctly.

Dude, 07.08.2 fixes the issue you have.

Means that this one you still need to do manually from here:

RUTC50 Firmware Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki

and then upload via Web GUI.

After that, means from 07.08.2 onwards, FOTA should work again for you.
