3G/4G/5G LEDs sequence despite being connected

Hi!

I have a few Teltonika RUTM51s that I use sporadically (the odds are that some of them are only used once or twice a year).

When I plug one of these routers back in, I stare at the Mobile network type LEDs, hoping that the 4G and 5G LEDs will light up (Device is connected using 5G NSA) .

But sometimes, I get this:

All LEDs turn on and off in sequence one after the other, indicating that “The device is attempting to connect to a mobile network operator,” even though the router is actually connected: the admin interface shows it, and I can browse the internet freely after connecting to the router’s Wi-Fi or LAN.

What is happening?

How can I resolve this issue?

They are currently running firmware version 7.23 or 7.22.x.

Yesterday I started a test: I turned on two of our routers.

Both were showing chasing 3G/4G/5G LEDs even though they were properly connected to the internet via their cellular connection.

This morning, the 4G and 5G LEDs are on, as they should be.

How can I fix this display issue, please?

Can anyone from Teltonika help me, please? :innocent:
