Why I don't receive io_253

Why I don’t receive io_253?
I need advice.

The ID 2543 is event ID.
If you haven’t received it, that means the event hasn’t been triggered yet.
Please set the threshold value of harsh braking, cornering and acceleration and then event will receive over the AVL ID 253.

I use Traccar, I received event: 253 but no io_253

I set the harsh* threshold value as default 0.5 (which is very small I think)
