Which Teltonika Telematics Device Supports CAN, MQTT, and IP67?

I’m looking for a Teltonika telematics device for outdoor vehicle use with the following requirements:

  1. CAN bus support (e.g., J1939, OBD-II, or via Teltonika CAN adapters like ALL-CAN300 or LV-CAN200)

  2. MQTT protocol support (preferably both TCP and TLS encryption)

  3. IP67-rated for water and dust resistance

  4. Must be able to work with my own backend (not locked to Teltonika’s server)

From your experience, which Teltonika model would you recommend that meets these requirements? Please share pros and cons if possible.
