Voltage output fail

Hello,

During charging 2-4 times per hour it shows Voltage output fail message and charging stops, it stops to charge for some time and later on continues to charge and it happens every time i charge car.

How it can be solved ?

Hello,

It’s seems that the issue is related with current tolerances that you have. Have you tried to change tolerance from default 10% to something like 13% or 15%? You can check if the tolerance is the issue if you would watch live data when you charge your EV. It should drop to something like ~206V and then give you this error.

Yes, changed tolerance and no fails anymore, thank you

I still have this very same issue. Even eith tolerances. Voltage is stable. Goees through voltage controler. It takes whats get delivered from the grid, through solar inverter. Everything else works great, just not this.

Hi, what are the voltages seen in the app > diagnostics menu while charging? If input/output exceeds >260V or is lower than tolerances then it’ll give you this error.
