URGENT: How to top up Top Up Truphone simcards?

We have several simcards of Truphone, sold to us by Teltonika.
On the portal of Truphone, there is no option to top up, and Global1 told us this happens through Teltonika.

Since 5 days, I’m e-mailing, calling IOT Teltonika or Telematics, contacting my sales person, his mobile, the fix line: Replies: 0.

Truphone SIM cards that are purchased through Teltonika are topped up via Teltonika as a paid service, not directly in the Truphone self‑service portal. That’s why you don’t see a top‑up option on the Truphone side, the balance/top‑up is handled on our side based on a request from your Teltonika sales representative.

To proceed with topping up your SIM cards, please do the following:

  1. Contact your Teltonika sales manager (the one who sold you the SIM cards) and ask them to register a Truphone TOP‑UP request in our internal Helpdesk system on your behalf.

  2. Once the Helpdesk request is registered by the sales manager, our internal team will process the Truphone TOP‑UP service and confirm back via the sales manager.

Since you mentioned that you have not received any reply for 5 days via e‑mail and phone, please also:

  • Double‑check that you are writing to the correct and up‑to‑date e‑mail address of your sales manager

  • If possible, contact Teltonika via the official contact form / regional office contacts on our website

Unfortunately, top‑ups for these SIMs cannot be done directly by the end user in the Truphone portal, they must go through Teltonika’s sales/Helpdesk flow. Once your sales manager registers the request, the top‑up can be processed.
