Update firmwire FTC880

Can you please tell me how I can update the firmware of my FTC880 and 881 trackers to version 2.1.4?
They are not available for download on the wiki, and I never received a response to my request sent to https://www.teltonika-gps.com/contact-us

Thanks for your reply, but the firmware of FTC880/881 is not available on this link, there is only the configurator.
