Dear Friends, anyone can create an unlcok code for my device fmb920. I created tickets at helpdesk but no one responds.

Please note that if the device is already assigned to your FOTA account, you can generate the unlock key yourself using the link provided below.

However, if the device was purchased from another vendor and is not linked to your account, you will need to contact the respective seller to obtain the unlock key. As per policy, we do not provide unlock keys directly through this channel.
