TRB140 RMS wont connect

Hi Team,

We are looking at using this device to enable remote access to solar systems.

I have installed the device. I have installed a SIM.

Internet is working.

I have enabled RMS in the TRB140

I have updated the firmware and the system time/date

I have changed the admin password to one that matches basic password requirements

I have tried connecting with an authentication code and or without

In RMS I have added and removed the device.

I have purchased a 10 year management pack

I have purchased a credit

These look like they are assigned.

I tried pinging via TRB140 CLI - all good

This all seems incredibly difficult. How do I get this to connect? I need a quick setup process before we can consider this for a rollout. At this stage Ive spent 5 hours most of which is on site to connect 1 device.

OK I think I have the packs sorted - now it is saying it is been redirected to authetication system?

When I click verify device I am entering the same password used to login to the UI on the device itself ie admin/root password?

Where does anyone get product support on these devices? There are no phone numbers or even AI tools. No response here. How do we get the product to work???
