TMT250 red light flashing

Hi!
I just got my TMT 250. I managed to install everything and I’m connected to server. I can see my trips on ruhavik. GPRS status is activated, SIM status is ready. I’m getting SMSes from device
Is it normal that red light is blinking on the device after switching on. It seems that it works normally…
Any suggestions?
