TMT250 discontinued?

I read that TMT250 is beeing discontinued.

What is the replacement product then?

Good day. TMT250 will soon be replaced by our new platform device. To get more info, please check with your sales manager or create an HD ticket.

can you point me to the direction where to create an HD ticket, please? We don’t have a sales manager. Just came across that interesting device with IP67 and a reasonable price.
