TMT250 configurator problem - lost connection

When I connect TMT250 to PC (windows 10) and start configurator software, I can sellect the device and read configuration. After few seconds, in PC device manager I can see that USB ports (debug and modem) are disconnecting and reconnecting again. After that configurator displays “Lost connection with device” and nothing can be done or save to device. Only way is to again disconnect the device and close the configurator and start again, but no change, it will behave same again.
Tried with other PC and no change. Removed USB drivers and reinstalled - no change.

Device in new and haven’t got it working at all.

Any ideas?

Good day, did you try to change the USB cable?
Please also check the battery wires and connection.
If the issue continues, you can send the device to us for RMA.

Please create an HD ticket or contact your sales for the RMA process.
