TFT100 disconnect problem

Hi everyone, we have a problem with TFT100 devices. When we control from server from time to time device can disconnect and reconnect like;

***/Teltonika/tcp)Info: Device Reconnect

***/Teltonika/tcp)Info: Device Disconnect

and sometimes we see a comment like

***/Teltonika/tcp)Disconnect: and we can send comments to device.

Why this happen? and what is solution for it? thank you

Welcome to Teltonika Community Forum

The device was connecting to your server as per the Data Acquisition Settings followed on the device. If you set the Min Period and Send Period to 60, then you will receive records every 1 minute. Meanwhile, to establish a connection with the device from your server end you need to send an acknowledgment Packet as per the Codec Protocol so you can establish a connection with the device. You may refer to this link for more details: Codec - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS
