Здравствуйте, у меня такая проблема с TST100. Я перепробовал все версии конфигуратора, которые нашёл на официальном сайте, и все пишут “Not supported”.

The firmware currently installed on the device is an older version and requires a compatible version of the Configurator.
Kindly contact your sales manager, who can assist you with creating a Partner Portal ticket. Once the ticket has been created, the required Configurator version can be provided.
