If this is your only question, please note that we cannot provide an unlock code through the Community platform. You will need to contact us through the Teltonika Helpdesk portal. For assistance with this, please contact your Teltonika sales manager or the seller from whom the device was purchased.

Please note that the device must be registered/available under your name before we can assist with the unlocking process.

Alternatively, you can generate the unlock key yourself through FOTA WEB, provided the device is registered under your name and you have access to it. Please refer to the link below for the procedure.

If you do not have access to FOTA WEB or the device is not registered under your name, please contact your seller or Teltonika sales manager for further assistance.
