I hope you are doing well. If you have observed that the data received from the device is old, then there might be some internal records stored in the device’s memory. To resolve this, you may set the Sort By settings to Newest.
Otherwise, suggest that you update the Frequency of the Data Acquisition settings, Min Period and Send Period to a lower value so that you may receive records from time to time.
