Hello teltonika team , I am experiencing memory issues with my Teltonika devices (FMB-640, FMB-920, and FMC-640). I have configured dual IP on all devices, but I am not receiving the same packets (number of records) on both servers despite having set them up to send data to both.
Hi @atif_2024
Good day, you should receive the same number of data for both servers if you have configured a duplicate server.
Note that check the device logs, or your server logs, you can also check the device config files, sometimes if the records do not have a proper time-sync the server disregards this packet.
Please also use the latest firmware for the device: Firmware versions - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS

Dear Maynard, FMB 920 shows same number of records on both server .However, FMC 640 missing records ,almost 20x records in last 5 days.
Hello @atif_2024,
I hope you are doing well. Did you install an external SD card on the device?
As you know FMX640 devices have smaller Flash memory which could create a loss of data if the internal memory of the device were occupied as it would rewrite the old records with new records once it is full. In this case, suggesting you install an SD card if in case there is no SD card installed on the device.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Patrick S.
"I’ve checked, and only one record is saved on the device, which means the device is sending all the data to both servers. So, why did I install the external card? Given that the device has enough capacity to store more than a week’s data with a frequency set to 1 minute.

Hello @atif_2024,
You are concerned about the missing packets on the FMX640 device right? Normally, the device would not delete records and all records should be sent to your server.
If you are experiencing cases where there are missing packets the once I explained above could be one of the root cause for that scenario.
Kind regards,
Patrick S.
