Teltonika Configurator Tool GH5200 Installation Problem

Hello,

We have recently been given GH5200 device as a sample to test, the problem that I am running into is that when I try to run TCT according to the manual, I get this message

When I click Yes, nothing seems to happen. The application just closes. Already have .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 installed, as well as .NET Core 6.0.31, and there seem to be no problems regarding them. Installed .NET Framework 5.0, no change. Restarted the PC, no change. Uninstalled everything regarding .NET and reinstalled it, no change as well.

How can I resolve this issue? Should I do something with the firmware file that was provided in the download before running the TCT?

TCT version used is 1.7.66_B.55.2_R.10, firmware version 55.02.03.Rev.05

TCT version 1.6.11 R.39 works, but I guess that the firmware versions may not be compatible, given that my GH5200 currently has firmware version 55.02.03.Rev.05
