Teltonika Configurator FMC650 not re-netted

Hi
I am working with the FMC650, at first I can enter the configuration through Teltonika configuration but after disconnecting the cable and reconnecting the cable to make another configuration the Teltonika configuration software does not appear. I must disconnect the batteries so that the Teltonika configuration software can be seen. What is the cause of this problem?

Dear @DavidRamirez,

I hope you are doing well. Could you help try to close and open the configurator if you were unable to fetch the device? Given that the USB is properly recognized by the device manager.

Once the device is recognized by the device manager, it should be available from the Configurator.

Yes, I did what you told me, but it solved the problem:

For Windows 11
Teltonika.Configurator_1.8.3_B.FM64_R.139.exe (it works)
Teltonika.Configurator_1.8.3_B.FM64_R.147.exe (doesn’t work) This is the latest version I downloaded from the Teltonika website.

For Windows 10
Teltonika.Configurator_1.7.72_B.3.29_R.11
That solved the problem.
