TeltoCharge - Usage with VW ID.4?

Hi there

I seem to have struck unlikely with a TeltoCharge unit - started off with an untethered unit which had issues with the solenoid and switched to tethered unit which can’t speak to the car and this is suspected to be faulty as well. Also weird that there are logs on the new / replacement unit going back to 2022 - even though it’s only been installed in the last few days…

I just wondered if anyone has had real issues getting their TeltoCharge to work - particularly with VW ID.4s?

I have had no issues with charging on 22kW AC chargers elsewhere.

Firstly, I’m sorry for this situation. We do not have any problems with the VW ID.4. Could you contact your sales representative? We will check this issue urgently. It’s very strange.
