TeltoCharge OCPP Connectivity

Hello,
I am integrating several Teltocharge chargers into the BMS, using the OCPP protocol in Niagara I have the following problem, some of the chargers show that the connection is OK and I can import the points made available by the charger, but the connector status is Offline, and I cannot restore the normal status. I have already performed all the functions that are possible to perform such as “Disable/Enable Connector”, “Ping”, “Soft Reset” (which restarts the charger), but I have not been able to restore the chargers’ functioning.

What I think is happening is that when the charger goes offline, the charger has a limited number of connection attempts and when it exceeds that number, it gets blocked.
I need to know if there is any procedure to return the charger to its normal state or what could be happening?

Hello,

we are using embedded MCU with constrained resources We do not have ability to keep same connection on any kind of connectivity error.

So every time new connection is being established.

Same OCPP URL and ID is used so this why it’s not making any problem for server"

Could you check if you are expecting new connection at those situations?

Hello,
At the moment I am not receiving new connection attempts, I have already had small changes to the name/ID where I had to add the new connection and delete the previous one. But each charger has a different ID.
Thanks
