Update 1: When charging starts, I hear a sizzling sound from behind the connector inside the charging device and after 2-3 seconds, charging stops with a proximity pilot fail error. And I see in the application that the Temperature rises very quickly from 34 degrees to 60-65 degrees.
Until today, the charger worked properly with a Mennekes 3p32A Typ-2 cable. Now charging does not start. Immediately a Proximity pilot faild message appears on the charger. The car is a BMW ix3 2021.The charger is connected to 1 phase.The charger is controlled by an Eastron SDM72D smart meter.The cable works perfectly on other chargers.I have already restarted the charger.I am attaching a picture of the cable and the logos.
