I’m trying to use TCT 3.0.30 on my Arm Windows 11 install on parallels, but it keep freezing on opening at this screen. Older pre v3 versions of TCT work fine. Any suggestions?
And why on earth we are limited to not use the web version of TCT from FOTA web I have no idea. I just want to manage my devices…

First, please try rebooting the system and then check. If it is still not working, open Task Manager on your PC using Ctrl + Alt + Delete , then end the TCT Tool application if it is running. After that, right-click on the TCT Tool icon and run it as Administrator . Also, make sure you have enough disk space available for the TCT tool to download completely.
If the issue still persists, please uninstall and reinstall the TCT Tool again using the link below:
To answer your question related to TCT Web Access , it is available within the FOTA tool itself . If it is not enabled for your account yet, please check with your Sales Manager , as the TCT web version is generally available only for Premium company-level access .
