I was testing a couple of TAT240 devices late last year and could not get them to work so gave up. Im now trying again and have loaded the latest firmware. When I have the device connected to my PC using the configurator and I set the GNSS to ON, I can see the device takes more than 15 mins before it connects to any satellites. Yet in the same test our FMC003 devices take about 20 seconds for a cold start. GPS Test/scan program on my mobile show 35+ satellites visible.
This long cold start time means the TAT240 device never sends any coordinates at its scheduled tracking times.
Has anyone encountered this?

Good day!
The logic is different between the TAT240 and the FMC003.
I suggest you check the RTC time of the TAT240 from the configurator, it should be correct and similar to the country time.
Also, the battery voltage should be more than 6.8V
Please send me a screenshot of the statute section from the configurator while the device is connected, and the configuration file
