SMS/GPRS commands not available

Hello everyone,

Last month I upgraded some FMB920 devices to the latest version, 04.00.00.Rev.01. Everything was working fine, but yesterday I noticed that some of the devices went offline. I checked the SIM cards and there was no problem. I tried to check the status of the device by sending an SMS, and whenever I sent any command, I got this message:

SMS/GPRS commands not available

I connected to the device via cable and checked through the software. Everything was normal, but this issue was repeated several times in the log:

[AXL.APP] WARNING @ 333:AXL is not initialized!

Pleas create an HD ticket to investigate the issue and provide the following.

1. IMEI of affected devices.
2. Configuration file
3. SIM information
4. Logs from the server
5. Logs from the device
6. Try to recreate the scenario.

But I have an important question: Why was page “Firmware versions” of the updated information placed back in the section related to the old version 03.29.00.Rev.18?

The next issue is why is there still version 04.00.00.Rev.01 on the dedicated page FMB920?
