Hello, I have FMC920.
I insert SIM card ( tested on phone , internet connection working, Pin code security disabled )
Configurator shows SIMS state unknow, SIM Shows Initializing.
Tried 3 different cards
I tried to flash , but both firmwares same problem.
FMB.Ver.04.00.00.Rev.14.e
and
FMB.Ver.04.00.00.Rev.13.e.
Any solutions ?

Here, i will suggest you to check the SIM card is being inserted in the device it should be inserted correctly as per the images shown in the first starter link shared below. Also try different SIM card’s in the device, if they are working or not. Initializing means device is try read the card but not able to read it.
