Sending an SMS in the event of a crash

How can I set up sending an SMS in the event of a crash?

I think I have set the system correctly, the other SMS are sent correctly

Hello @tappo,

I hope you are doing well. Based on your configuration file photo, you would receive SMS commands once the crash event has been triggered based on the SMS number that you have set on the “Send SMS to” section.

Hi Patrick,
unfortunately, however, the SMS message is not sent, I checked the limit I set is exceeded.
The phone number is correctly entered in the “GSM Predefined Numbers” section and the other SMS arrive correctly.

Do I need to enter any other settings?

Hello @tappo,

Good day! Were you able to capture on the Configurator or received data from your server that the Crash Detection event has been triggered? Event would only come once the event has been occurred.

Suggesting you as well to check on the device Firmware if in case it is not yet updated, you may access the latest version on this link: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Firmware_versions

Additionally, if the same issue persists I recommend you to coordinate with your Sales Manager so we can analyze your issue.
