Feature Request: Scheduled Max System Power Limit (Dynamic Load Balancing)

Why this is needed

Modern power tariffs charge high penalties if total home power exceeds a specific limit (e.g., 5 kW) during peak hours. Currently, TeltoCharge only has a single static DLB limit or basic ON/OFF scheduling.

What we need

Allow users to set a time-scheduled maximum total system limit (House + EV combined) using the inline smart meter.

How it should work

  1. User sets a time slot (e.g., 07:00–22:00) with a max total grid limit of 5 kW.
  2. The charger reads total house load from the meter and automatically charges with the remaining headroom: \text{EV Charging} = \text{5 kW Limit} - \text{House Load}
  • Example: If the house uses 2 kW, the charger automatically throttles to 3 kW. If house load reaches 5 kW, EV charging pauses.

Benefit

Prevents expensive peak power surcharges completely automatically.
