RUTX09 bridge to Asus RT-AX86U doesn't work

Ok, I configured bridge mode to my PC and it seems to be working.
However, I noticed I had to enable LAN DHCP server in RUTX09 for this to be working, doesn’t matter even if I set my PC to static address.

However, when I change MAC address from my PC’s to Asus, and plug it in Asus again, connection starts breaking down again. Works for a few minutes then link goes down, then up again, then down again, etc…

EDIT:
After hours of fiddling, I finally changed mode from Bridge to Passthrough with Disable DHCP set to OFF and typed in my router’s MAC address.
Now everything seems to be working. No connection drops.
My router received private WAN IP just as it should (I’m behind cgnat).

So now my question is, what’s so different with Passthrough mode that it works, and Bridge doesn’t ?
