How to download internal logs for FMX6

Feature is available on FMC650/FMM650 devices, if:

  • Firmware 03.00.15.Rev.09 is used;
  • SD card is inserted into the device;
  • SMS/GPRS command “log2sd:3” to device is sent.
    How to download logs from device:
    -Via FOTA WEB, using Internal log download task
    -Via configurator, through the maintenance tab.
