Request for Drivers and Software for Teltonika FM3200 Devices

Dear [Teltonika Support Team/Technical Support],

I am writing to request assistance with drivers and compatible software for the Teltonika FM3200 GPS tracking devices. I currently have over 25 of these devices, but I am unable to calibrate or configure them due to outdated drivers and software that are not compatible with current operating systems.

Would you kindly provide the necessary drivers and updated software compatible with modern systems? Alternatively, if there is an updated calibration tool available, please let me know how I may obtain it to ensure these devices can be configured correctly.

Your support in enabling these devices for our ongoing operations would be greatly appreciated.

These devices are end-of-life, and they have been marked the end of support for 2 years,
I suggest you update your fleet to the newest devices FMC130/FMC920 etc…

However, you can contact your sales manager.
