i am using Mazda CX-3 2016 which should be compatible.
Anything i should do to check why its not sending OBD data to flespi?

The vehicle Mazda CX-3 2016 is available in supported list.

Meanwhile, please check if the device is updated to the latest firmware version FMC003 firmware errata - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS , Also, verify if the OBD I/O from the configurator are enabled
If the issue persists even after updating the firmware and configuration, then manually enter the vehicle’s VIN number and perform a test.
