My EV Charging shows RED LED INDICATIONS (errors) - F. Internal errors. I restarted a few times but nothing happened.

Hello,

Your serial number could be seen in “device info”
Also could you download and send me the troubleshoot file?

But if the error is displayed as “internal error” and reboot is not helping, please let me know the company from where you bought the device in case we would need to do the exchange
