Recommended settings for towing detection

Hello.

I would like to ask if there is a recommended setting for towing detection in a FMB120.
Currently our devices are set to detect movement by ignition and accelerometer,and the same for ignition.

However in our server when a vehicle is towed with ignition off, it detects that DIN 1 is activated, so i would like to know also ir there something else that we could change to fix this issue.

Hello,

In your case, you configured DIN1 and the accelerometer from the ignition source. Please select only DIN1 as the ignition source. Once you change the configuration, check if the issue is resolved. If it doesn’t solve the problem, please provide the screenshot file.
