Reading CAN with FMC150 & ECAN02

Hi, I’ve faced difficulties with reading CANBUS data with FMC150 & ECAN02. ECAN02 is installed and powered up. FMC150 is equipped with firmware 03.29.00.Rev.157, CAN firmware is 00_02.04.01. As I was not able to find my car (Seat Alhambra 7N, 2.0 TDI 4drives, 2018) in the drop down list, I’ve selected the CAN OEM file vehicle:: Volkswagen Sharan mk2 facelift (Typ7N) (2015+) as those cars seems to be “twins”. Is that right choice or I should use different CAN OEM file? What also worries me, CAN OEM file package is shown in FOTA as Unknown (ID: 0) - is that correct?

Seems ECAN02 and FMC150 work individually well but ECAN02 does not exchange data with FMC150 - selected variables are not showing any values through configurator app.

Please advise.

Hello,

Even though not guaranteed, the OEM file you selected should most probably work.

Can you show/tell which wires you connected to?

Also, could you confirm if the vehicle make and model is reported as VW Sharan in the configurator for the currently loaded OEM file?
