Reading CAN data FMC150 with Ecan02

I’m having some issues uploading OEM files and reading CAN data on a number of FMC150 using Ecan02, both are on the latest firmware, 03.29.00.Rev.157 and 00_02.00.00

My latest issue is with a VW Crafter 2023 model using the VW Crafter 2007+ OEM file.

I have tried uploading the file using FOTA but it doesn’t work or show the CAN package in Changes (it shows “Unknown”)

I’ve had this issue with other vehicles and resorted to creating a config file in Configurator and uploading to Fota then sending to the device, this worked on the previous vehicles but not on the VW Crafter.

Can you help with info on what I am doing wrong when adding the OEM from Fota and also why I am not getting CAN data?

Based on the “lvcancheck” response, it looks like none of your CAN lines are connected. (response for all 3 CAN lines were either 02 or 03, meaning “not connected”). Please double check the wiring of your Teltonika devices on your vehicle and make sure to follow the schematic diagram.
