Question about OBD compatibility in cars

Hello, greetings to all.

I was wondering if the FMM00A (OBD) kits only work with the vehicles on the compatibility list?

I have a customer interested in several OBD equipment but they are not in the compatibility list and when connecting it to the OBD port it does not read correctly values from the ECU.

I appreciate your information.

Good day, if the vehicle is not on the list, you can try to manually add the VIN of the vehicle into the device.

If it doesn’t work, please contact your sales manager for reverse engineering.

I set the VIN manually and it still does not work.

Regarding contacting my sales manager, I have no sales manager since I buy Teltonika equipment from an online store.

How can I do in my case?
