Hi,

Please try to format the sdcard of the device and reupload the apn file.

Make sure that you are using the latest firmware : Firmware versions - Teltonika Telematics Wiki

Hi,

It looks like you are using a special firmware, do you have contact with the teltonika sales manager or helpdesk ticket account?
