Is it possible to obtain the EVC121’s power/energy readings over the LAN connection in some way? And even better – obtain the readings that the charger has received from the energy meter?
Alternatively, can the load balancing control be achieved differently, e.g. over OCPP?

Good day, LAN, Wifi, and GSM connectivity are designed to connect only with the OCPP.
With the load balancing you can check with your platform if it can be controlled via OCPP because by default load balancing can be done through our charger : Dynamic Load Balancing - Wiki (teltonika-energy.com)
