Parser tool For Device Records

Hello..Teltonika EXPERTS I need config parser tool that converts .cfg into Excel or text.

I search on web I can’t found that tool I hear also teltonika not published publicly where I can get this tool

I use python decoder but I can’t get accurate details for the device records

I hope I can get that tool
