No data sent from FMB920 devices / no respond to SMS

The situation is as follows:
More than 20 devices simultaneously stopped sending telematics data to server, although in FOTA WEB they appear with “Status” ONLINE and “Seen at” time continuously updated to current time.
We tried to reset devices with “cpureset” (including user password) but there is no sign of device restart (we check this with SIM status that never went OFFLINE).

All devices are working for more than 2 years with firmware version 03.27.13.Rev.03 or 03.25.18.Rev.08. No configuration changes have been made before the problem appears.

Please advice if any additional check should be done and if the ONLINE status in FOTA WEB ensures that there is no functionality problem with the devices.

Hello,

If the internal memory of the device gets full, it will stop sending data, could you try sending deleterecords commands to the device
Command : deleterecords

Also you can cross check if server domain and port are still configured in device ?

You can confirm this by sending the command below,
For Primary server
getparam 2004;2005
