No connection to Teltocharge using WLAN

Hi there,
i’ve installed a teltocharge 11kW Wallbox, so that my neighbour can use it for his Polestar. Everything is working fine and i can connect with the teltocharge app and downlo ad the report by using bluetooth. But I would like to do this from my livingroom, not staying close to the wallbox and make sure bluetooth is ready. But unfortunately I’m not able to connect my mobile with the wallbox using the same WLAN Connection. Is is only possible to get a conection by Bluetooth? I’m using a Samsung A41 with Android 12.

Thanks in Advance for any Help.

Good Morning,

Our device could only be controlled via Bluetooth

If your situation i would suggest to:

  • Add NFC card
  • Enable Authorization
  • Give NFC card to neighbor

OR

Use OCPP (F.E https://monta.com/ , as it’s free for up to 3 devices) and it will give you possibility to start/stop charging through internet (but you would need to use Monta app)

BR,

Whats the point of WLAN connection then? I did WLAN setup, but as soon as I leave bluetooth range, device is not reachable in app.

Good Morning,

All internet connectivity options are designed to enable the charger to communicate with third-party systems using the OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol).
Most of the providers could be found here: https://wiki.teltonika-energy.com/view/Compatible_Software_Providers_for_OCPP_Integration

Thank yor for reply,
it’s not about controll the device, I would like to download the reports over WLAN oder LAN. The funcionality of your teltocharge app is perfect and all what I need. If you could manage the connectivity by WLAN for a further update, you will make life easier for many.
Best regards
