Need Master Unlock Code for FMB920

Hello Teltonika Support Team,

My FMB920 device has been locked out after entering the wrong password, and the configurator is now showing “Unlock required”. I do not have a FOTA WEB account to generate the unlock key myself.

Could you please help me generate the master unlock code? Here are my device details:

  • Device Model: FMB920
  • IMEI Number: 359633100062582
  • Unlock Request Code: F142DH8M700217C7d5JHL000

Thanks for writing to us.

Apologies, but we are unable to provide the unlock key directly from here.

You will need to contact your seller, who can provide the unlock key through their FOTA Web if the device is registered under their account.

If the device is not under your FOTA account but you have an NOC for the device, you can contact us through the Helpdesk. In that case, we can assist you with providing the unlock key.

Otherwise, we will not be able to provide the unlock key from our end.
